Executive chef Khadak Singh Khatrichetri started as a chef at the age of 11 where he was working in cafes in Nepal, where he was born and raised. He then decided to relocate to North-India where he worked in Punjab at the age of 18. Here, he learnt his authentic Punjabi comfort-style cuisine by cooking street food, before being scouted to cater for 5-star hotels in India. Khadak was then head hunted by a hotel in London and was recruited to cater for their high-net worth individuals. Here, he was delivering high quality, authentic cuisine to individuals from the Middle-East to India who demand only the best.
